Why I Started
Bloom AI Exchange.
I wanted to create a place where business leaders could have honest conversations about how they are actually using AI—and learn from each other's experiences.

In my role as Chief Implementation Officer at EF Winslow, I spend a significant amount of time focused on technology implementation, operational efficiency, and finding better ways for businesses to operate.
As AI continues to evolve, I've become increasingly interested in how organizations are putting these technologies to work. There are countless tools and solutions entering the market, but some of the most valuable insights I've gained come from conversations with other business leaders facing similar decisions and challenges.
That's what inspired me to start Bloom AI Exchange: to bring together executives, founders, and business owners from different industries to share experiences, discuss what's working, learn from what's not, and explore practical applications of AI.
I don't have all the answers. I believe we can learn a lot from one another.
